CPC Informed that Refund has processed but till date not received my refund

I have already submitted the filled up Response Sheet along with Authentication of Bank Account and Address (Cancelled Cheque and address proof Voter Card, Aadhaar Card o n 02/09/2016 to Centralized Processing Center, Income Tax Department, Post Bag.2, Electronic City Post Office, Bengaluru -560100. Till date my refund has not been submitted to STATE BANK OF INDIA Savings Account 30787817412. When my refund will be submitted to my SB Account? Communication Reference No.CP C/1617/G3c /1614670680 Order Communication Reference CPC/1617/A1/1614670680 Refund Sequence No - 7730440853.
NOTE: I have also already submitted the (1) Filled up copy Response Sheet with Particulars of Bank Account, Address (2) Cancelled Cheque of Bank Account: STATE BANK OF INDIA, SB ACCOUNT - 30787817412, IFSC - SBIN0004604, MICR - 700002209.
From August to November I have raised 9 grievance requests. All the time I am getting response from CPC Bangalure that your refund has been processed and you get your refund soon.
Till date my refund has not been submitted to above mentioned STATE BANK OF INDIA SB Account 30787817412. Please let me know when my refund will be submitted to my SBI Savings Account? Can you please help me to get my refund from Income Tax of India
Did I make a crime by paying more tax than calculated tax based on taxable amount?
