Dear sir, kindly note that i purchased LG refrigerator from Vijay sales Surat on date 07/01/2020 in two or three days our family member found that there is a heavy noise coming inside refrigerator randomly two or three time a day so we inform the person who coming for refrigerator Demo but he tell that there is no issue in it. After that i register complain in Vijay sales regarding noise issue so the company technician visit my home and check refrigerator but i did not find any fault but randomly noise problem not solve, Again i register complain to LG care and vijay sales so in two or three days technician visit but he could not find any thing he tell me that kindly give the proof of noise coming from refrigerator and go away tell that refrigerator is okay. So i recorded Audio of heavy sound and mail to Vijay sales and LG WhatsApp group but no solution of my problem. I register too many complain again heavy noise randomly coming from refrigerator and also visit VIJAY sales personally and talk about problem but they could not did any thing . I am also ask for refrigerator replacement or give money back but they rejected and tell that there is no issue in refrigerator. I am asked both VIJAY sales and LG person to take refrigerator for monitoring but they tell that if you want to monitoring refrigerator to our site kindly send refrigerator at -Ankleshwar and not giving the rate of transportation. Vijay sales manager and sales Executive tell that there is not our problem we are only sale refrigerator not solve technical issue if you want to replace our refund money talk to LG. Vijay sales and LG both are not listening my complain i am tired of complain since last 60 days but there is no solution of my problem am register complained regular but LG always cancel my complain. then technician visit on 12/02/21 after 2 month of so many complain & told that there is issue in compressor and need to change it so i request LG to replace refrigerator not compressor and they agree but i wanted to complain regarding mantely harsh for two month and suffer lot they never accept their fault always denied.
