Complaint filed with Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum has been unresolved since March 2015 .Complaint filed against Panasonic Appliances for delivery of defective refrigerator and complete negligence by it when asked for replacement of the same, even though defect took place within the warranty period provided.Further approached the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum and filed case again Panasonic for recovery of compensation against loss suffered (Case Number 179/15 complaint number 231011 of 2015). However case is pending since more than a year opposite party not present during hearings as also forum is only extending the case without closing it or paying the compensation amount to us.
