As per offer in my moble, I paid on 8th July,2017 for DATA recharge Rs.93/- for 1GB daily/ upto 28 days.
After making payment I was also informed by SMS that 1GB per day 3G DATA for 28 days is credited in your account.RCOM & Congratulation MBBP93_3G has been successfully activated on your phone.
Now on checking I found that there is no DATA balance in my mobile.
I also called customer service 3 times, but they are not responding & deducting the line.
Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to provide me the balance DATA in my mobile till 28 days.
