Respected Sir,
I have recharged today on 14th Jan 2017 my Vodafone number 9919743018 (Mumbai Circle) for Internet Recharge of 3G of Rs 101/- from SBI Buddy App.
Txn id of SBI buddy App is TID<4119064542>. While doing recharge I referred to the Tariff Plan given next to Amount in SBI-Buddy App which ws showing Rs 101/- for 1 GB Data for 28 Days.
But I found that Net recharge is not done by Vodafone. After inquiring on Customer Care, the person told that I should have done Rs 102/- recharge for 1GB Data fro 28 days and not Rs 101/-and amount has been coverted to 'Talk time'!!
I explained that it is shown in app,but officer denied to give Net recharge.
I request for my Net Recharge of rs 101/- of 1 GB data for next 28 days.
