Providing Downgrade 3AC economy Coach berth instead of 3Ac berth

I would like to draw your attention towards providing downgrade services by Indian Railway.
I m a traveling by Tulsi Expess 22129 LLT(mumbai)- Payagraj- dated 23rd May 2023.
We had our booking in the 3 tier Ac in coach B6.
But unfortunately Railway had put economy coach M1 instead of B6.
My concern which I m raising is that if we are already having a booking in 3Ac coach then why we have downgraded to the 3Ac economy coach ?
Seat inside the coach's are also uncomfortable and conjusted.
We are also facing issues of not responding from Indian Railway.
I would Demand for 100% Refund because of poor or downgrade coach provided to us.
And also the compensation for the problem face by us.
I have attached the E-ticket and other things along with.
