Dear Sir,
I wish to register complaint against Ola cabs service for not reversing credit card payment done on 3rd May 2021 because driver said credit card payment is not showing to him and it is not valid payment as ride got over. So driver informed same to Ola Cabs customer care and she said amount will be reverse on credit card. Then I waited for few days and put request by Ola app support on 12th May. Again today I mailed the incident to support@olacabs.com
To which Ola cabs service replied that they were not informed in real time and now they are refusing to pay.
