Zoomcar is a self drive car company that takes booling amount and security deposit for providing self drive cars. They claim 100% refundable deposit.
I booked a subscription on 10th June but did not recieve any service for my payment. I requested cancellation on 11th Jun via email to which I was replied that I will get my refund soon. It has been more than three months and no satisfactory answer has been given by the company. They do not have a working calling number, they do not have an office and they do not respond or refund amount since last 3 months.
This is my hard earned money and I want refund asap. It is a white collar crime running openly.
