The parcels booked from Chennai to Pallapatti on 19-11-2021 has not been delivered to me even though I have been visiting your office at Pallapatti from 21-11-2021.
As per your Pallapatti delivery office out of six parcels booked through the above mentioned LR only five has arrived on 21-11-2021. One balance parcel is lying at your Karur office. This has been confirmed by your Karur agent through telephonic conversation.
I am daily going to your Pallapatti office to deliver the goods but till now they are not able to deliver.
