I am registering this complaint against "Safe Express Movers Packers" having below address and contact no

Noida Office : SECTOR-5 OPPSITE –POLEICE FIRE STATION SHOP NO-5
Gurgoan office : MARUTI GATE NO.1,NEAR SHEATAL HOTEL,
Ghaziabad office :shop no-7 shipra suncity indrapuram Ghaziabad up
Faridabad office : shop no-7oppsite crown plaza Faridabad hr.
They are running a fraud movers and packers and using a same logo of original "Safe express".I hired them for shifting from Gurgaon to Pune(Rs 16680) and some local pune pickup of worth rupees 5000.
1)I found damages in my luggage(TV,FRIDGE,TABLE etc).Though I insured it but they are refusing to address this issue.
2) Secondly, they also refused local pickup and not paying pack advance payment of Rs 5000.
Now they have stopped picking up my calls and reverting back to me over mails.
I need your intervention and guidance to handle such fraud movers and Packers.
