I've recently ordered an imitation of apple series watch and air pods from Discover Goat through instagram. But the product I've received is just a plaything used by kinder garden kids for which I've been charged 1349/- where I've paid a 9/- as an advance. I wanted to return the product so I've contacted the customer support but the company hasn't taken any action against my plea. I've also read the refund policy where it has been mentioned that the product I want to return must be mailed or couriered by myself to their address which I have not been provided with where the chances of my refund are close to zero as it's mentioned that they cannot guarantee the authenticity of the product or its source. So I request you to take strict action against this source and request the refund to be credited to my bank account with which I've paid an advance payment to the merchant.
