Dear Sir/Madam
I have order Two pair of Shoes via order no. : 3214176181 dated 10th May 2017.
Today i have received only one pair of Shoes (Invoice Number: 319145/2017-18/632).
While asking the courier boy about the second pair he asked to contact customer care about the matter.
I surprised when i show the status of my order, it shows both the pair are delivered.
I hereby request you to investigate the issue in depth & revert back as soon as possible.
Hope you will help Me to resolve the issue,
