company not giving refund on mobile (mobile is defected). i have already complain in two days of delivery. But company wasted time in technical visit and not giving respond against refund. After refund policy time completed they rejected my refund complain. But there is company fault that wasted time so how can they reject my refund request?
Please charge complain against 2gud.com company and help me to refund on mobile.
