Do not refund money for my cancle order

I was ordered a product from Limeroad on 31/03/2020 sum amount of rs 6464 and the order was successful. For covid-19 it shows too late for deliver, that why I am cancelling this product on same day. As Limeroads refund policy the money could return to my account within 7 days but when money is not credited to my account after 7 days , I send a mail to limeroad coustmore support team . In reply of this mail they told me that please wait your money will credit your account within 2 days but when after 2 days but money is not credited to my account yet. And now they don't respond to my mail and the coustmore care number is not working .
