I ordered a Ptron Rover Bluetooth Headset for Rs 999/-vide order NO.3267267. The order was delivered on 11th May 2020. On opening I found that the battery is not displaying properly. After 90% display it sudden reduces to 30% and the device switches off immediately. Moreover the device is unfit to be put on my ears. When the device is put on right ear, the ear petals starts a pain and it becomes very painful to put the earphone on the ears. I lodged a complaint vide no 435232 on 14th May 2020 but till date no one came to take the delivery of the return of the defective goods.
