This is bring you Inform that i have a purchase form YEPME online shopping order id 33619101 that was received 04.05.2017 product value 1349 /-due to quality issue i have return the product on 10.05.2017 by DELIVERY curer ,Product Successfully received massages forward me at 12.05.2017 and finally quality checking process completed conform me 18.05.2017. as per YEPME return policy trams. all banking details sanded by me and conformation given by mail .. but not get any kind of refund .so i have call YEPME customer care executive conform that we will received . After wait 7 days again i have call to YEPME given me the wrong communication.. Again and again ... so please conform me as per YEPME TAT refund will credit whiten 22 days maximum but still not getting my refund please look into the matter

I have placed orders of Rs. 838/- each on 6th and 8th July through Paytm vide BILLDESKnut order # JPT25477192004 Paytm Cash Txn ID 12124686890 2017- 07-06 000:24:18 AM and through Mobikwik vide order# JMBK5483980947 DATED 08 JULY, 11:10 PNR IST respectively. Both the times the transactions were successful. However no order ids have been issued and both Paytm as well as Mobikwik have informed me that transaction with YEPME have been successful.
I have called on the customer care number several times. Each time I have to wait for long to get customer care person. If I get them luckily they have asked to wait for a moment to get the information details and they did not even get the phone next time each time.
I would like to request you to either provide me the order ids or any confirmation mail to my mail address clearly mentioning that both the transactions are not successful. I have called on both Paytm and Mobikwik and they both confirmed that the transaction with Yepme were absolutely successful.
I have lodged complaints in yepme.com and complaint numbers are :3020010 and 3020199. No response from Yepme team.
Every time when asked about the action taken against the complaint the response seems to be electronically generated like “We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to our concerned department, once we will receive an update over the same we will inform it to you accordingly. In case of any further assistance and feedback, you can write us back at refund@yepme.com”.
