I have purchased iball Brace-xj Tab from Flipkart online through order ID OD116592847187507000 dated 21.09.2019 which was delivered to me on 28.09.2019. Next day i.e. on 29.09.2019 when I made the tab on it shown low battery and when I put it on Charge I found its not charging I tried all the options but found that it has some defect and I decided on return it.
After calling the customer care in two attempts the return request was created but in few minutes I received a massage that Seller will not be able to fulfill the return request. Surprisingly on my flipkart account massage against return request is showing that the issue was resolved with the steps suggested by experts where as the fact is still my tab is not working no resolution is provided by Flipkart and they closed the request.
