I ordered an uppadda silk saree from Picksilk on 03.03.17 my order no. P2544331041. The amount I paid was 4688 Mode of payment was COD. I got this product on 20.03.17 and to my surprise I was delivered a wrong saree. So I informed PICSILK immediately about this and I palced a return request with them. As per my request the saree was picked by Ecom Express from me on 21.03.17. However, i have still not got my refund. I have been constantly trying to reach them over the phone and emails. However they have stopped taking my calls now.
