It has been clearly maid by your company representative Arjo Ghosh (# 9051368652), that i will be given 10 lacs loan on production of Rs 3,200 /-to obtain membership of your company, Accordingly i paid that money on dated 24th March 2021 from my Axis bank account by NEFT.
But i became astonished to see that there was an mail from your company , stated again i have to pay Rs 21,000/- and then only the loan money of 10 Lacs will be paid on my account., when incurring of that requirement of further Rs 21,000/- on telephone your valuable employee Mr Arjo Ghosh (# 9051368652) assured me that this much amount is required as for the loan insurance.
As per Mr Arjo Ghosh advised I had again paid Rs 10,000/- out of Rs 21,000/- dated 23rd April 2021 by NEFT , as per Mr Arjo Ghosh stated that half of loan amount which is 5 Lacs can be given to me as per the rule.
After that upto date no loan amount has been paid to me though he has given a transaction detail (attached named-Bank receipt Arjo) dated 26th April 2021.
I am not able to understand what is the regulation of your company regarding the payment of loan, and why instead of a clear version with Mr Arjo Ghosh that the loan amount will be paid after payment of RS 10.000/- within 1/2 days Maximum.
But till date no money has been received from your company.
Please intimate why I have not been paid Rs 5 Lacs which was promised by your Employee Mr Arjo Ghosh after payment of Rs 10,000/- .
Please do the needful and send that loan amount on an immediate basis to avoid further complication.
