I have booked a (19/09/2019) ticket from irctc through my Punjab national bank net banking by payment gateway of your zaakpay. My ticket was in RAC and cancelled (22/09/2019)and I am contact Punjab national Bank branch and he says it's zaakpay issue.
It shows me balance is refunded but i haven't receive any money.
What i do to get refund. Please solve this issue ???
