Respected sir, I am Yash sunil Gadagkar here ,I have an complaint regarding the online fraud, Actually the Company DRL solution called me for online part job of filling forms and they felt me that the work is very easy and simple and I agreed the agreement and for proof I send my Adhaar card copy to them and they told that fill 1200 forms within 8 days and reach 90% accuracy we will pay you 30,000 and after completing work they will deduct 6,700 as registration fees and if I would be not able to complete work I have to pay that registration fees that is 6,700 and they also told that if you at least reach 1080 forms you will get the payment,And sir being obediently I fill all forms within 8 days and now they are telling that your QC report(form filling report) has not reached till 90% accuracy so as per agreement pay 6,700 to company and they sender me the mail by ADV. MINHAZ B. Com. LL.B to pay penalty within 7 days.please I request you to help me what should I do now.

Is your complaint been resolved? I do facing same problem from same advocate. Can you tell me what happened to ur problem? Are they still calling u or sending u mails? Did u get any legal papers hard copy?

Spenser's retail took double charge due to their technical fault in the system and promised me to refund within 15days. The date of incident was 5th may 2020. Still now no refund has been processed and whenever I tweet they just reply that they are looking for the issue. In the critical financial condition its hard to loose 1067rs
