Basically ,i am trying to buy some shoes from instagram so I found out one instagram that name is shoes_cheap_cod_ind and his name is deepak and his phone number which I paid from paytm 801 rupees.number==7800465972 and after getting money he block me so i put him against this page so he trying to threaten me and I feel that he is not going to give my money back so that's why I am here for solution.
