On 6th October, I ordered 2products from an Instagram account named @the._dressing_.room . The products got delivered yesterday but they have send completely wrong product. Where I paid them ₹1510 and they have send me product of ₹999. When I said them about this, they told I am mannerless and what and what not. They told to send me the parcel opening video for exchange. But, they haven't taken any action or replied me yet. They have also done there comment section off. Please help me.
