Phone Replacement, ordered Mi note 3 16gb Gold phone form Xiaomi Mi

I am Rakib Shaikh from Ahmedabad. I have ordered Mi note 3 16gb Gold phone for 10000 rupees. I received phone but there is a battery issue because battery dies in 4-5 hours so i called customer care of Mi and told them the issue as phone can be replace under 10 days.They advised me to go to nearest service centre to generate JOB SHEET NUMBER. i got that number i call back to customer care and provided them every thing order ID JOB SHEET buying date etc. they promised that their guy will pick the phone and will get replace and also i have maild them 6 7 times after that they stopped replying and said aou man will come our man will come but no on still, really worst service at service centre too. So please go tohrough this and help me out, Mi is fraud and not replacing the phone.
