THAT FROM LAST 3 MONTHS I HAVE GOT 5 PROBLEMS IN THE MOBILE AND I HAVE KEPT MOBILE MORE THAN 1 MONTH IN THE SERVICE CENTRE .
WHAT SONY COMPANY WANT TO KEEP MY MOBILE ALWAYS IN THE SONY SERVICE CENTRE
2 TIMES CAMERA PROBLEM AND 2 TIMES TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEM
I HAVE NOT BUYED PHONE C4 TO KEEP IN SERVICE CENTRE
i have buyed my sony mobile c4 on 20th march 2016 in Rs 19000/-
my problem and trouble i m facing from this mobile and sony service centre
1] i got in problem in touch it was working automatically and not working properly, so i submitted that phone in sony centre they kept the phone for 15 days with no proper answer and how many days it will take , then after 15 days they called me to sony centre that phone is ready , when i check the phone then the same problem was occurring ,
then they told to keep the phone for 1 week again on same job sheet no , then also they were not able to short the problem in that 15 days , then
after 8 days phone was ok
but but
then next day there was problem in back camera, that image was blurr and not clear , when i called there and visited in sony service centre they told me we will change the camera in 1 weel
today i visited the sony service centre for the problem to change the camera ,
today when they changed the back camera the same problem is occuring , image is blurr and not clear .
when i showed them about the same problem they were not accepting the problem and defect , they were telling that sony has such type of camera and this is not a problem but again i showed them the demo after clicking pic they were not accepting , but after long discussion they accept the camera problem .
and they created they job sheet and kept my phone for 10 days .
again and again the same problem or new different different problem is occurring in sony c4 mb phone in last 3 months .
and in this 3 month the phone was in the sony service centre for 1 month
i have buyed the phone of 19000 for my use not for to keep the phone in service centre ,
i m tired of the phone always occuring different differnt problem , in 3 months i have visited sony service centre for more then 6 times ,
always there is a problem and service centre is not able to repair that , and
they are not able to reply to the customer properly ,
they dont have the way to talk to the people
so my point is if i m facing problem again and again then i dont wish to keep that phone ,
so replace my phone with new one or give me in writing that this phone will not occur in future ..
bcoz i dont wish to keep in service centre i have buyed that for my use ,
due to many problem again and again i dont wish to use c4 mobile phone
,
At first time they told me that u will give benefit and the phone will b replaced but no they are telling we cant replace the phone
I request them due to many problem replace my phone but after 45 days they are telling not to replacemy phone
And in this c4 phone they have replace this phone to many customers and given new phone to customers then why not me
after many problem in 3 months they are not replacing this piece and not even they are able to solve the problem

Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am reaching out to you with regard to a Moto X Play device I ordered via Flipkart on 11th August 2016 (invoice attached.) Within a span of one month, there have been three serious issues with the phone, to which your Customer Care executives have behaved irresponsibly and left me with no certain answers and a defected phone. I am writing to you to take this device back and give me my due refund via Flipkart.
To give you details:
1. Within the first 17 days, the touch stopped working. I went to the nearest Motorola Service Center in Pitampura, Delhi. The CS executives told me that there was a software issue, took my phone and asked to collect it 3-4 hours later. I was denied a replacement because there is a 10 day time limit for replacement. The person there said me that the phone had issue with the software and it he asked me to submit the device and called me after 3-4 hours.I asked them for replacement of the handset as it had been only 17 days and I faced the problem. But, they said me that replacement is not possible as the replacement policy is for 10 days only.
2. The next day, I tried to play some music but there was no sound in the device. This time, the service centre asked me to submit the device for 7-8 days as there was some problem with the speaker and the motherboard. When I went to collect it, they said it is not repaired yet and will take 4-5 more days. I went at said date, and was asked to wait for another day. I got my phone then and was told that the speaker and motherboard has been changed.
3. When I switched it on, I realised there was no signal being received on the device. submitted the device. They said that the device isn't ready and they again asked me to wait for a day. I went to the service centre for the fourth time and was asked to wait for a day.
4. Later in the evening, I used the motorola chat with us feature and the person asked me all the details. He assured me of the actions and asked to wait for a phone call. I didn't receive any phone call yet.
5. The next day, I went to take my phone back and he said that the device isn't repaired. I asked them to return my phone back in that condition only and came back home.
Given the tall claims of customer service that Motorola makes, my experience of the device as well as the customer service is extremely disappointing. I don't need a replacement anymore, I need a full refund. Nothing can compensate for the time I have spent in doing the rounds of your service center and explaining my problem to your indifferent staff. If I receive no action from you, I will have no choice but to post it on social media so more people spread the word about your appalling customer service.
I hope to receive a reply today as it is a working day and I have waited enough already.
The customer care executives are also of no use. I want the refund of the device. I have no faith in this company. I would never recommend this company ever to anyone. No customer satisfaction is received. The public dealing and public relations team should be screwed up. I don't have a good experience with moto. Not at all.
I need a refund or else I would reach out higher authorities and I hope the government of India would help me out if you couldn't.

MY Mobile is not working from 08/Aug/2016 due to LIQUID DAMAGE.
When i go the insurence samsung service in exibition raod patna chandi house office give the instruction that your mobile has not repaired . Please send it MUMBAI with cost 750/- (Seven hundred fifty rupee).
When i deposit Rs 750 cash on 08.08.2016 in insurence SAMSUNG Service office, Office gave me a cash reciept (Enclo).
Accordingly i claim to INSURENCE company and the SAMSUNG comapny, the company gave me a acknowledgement reciept that contain the mobile will not be Repair and MOBILE HAS BEEN RETURN WITH BROKEN SCREEN.
The Insurence comapny and Samsung comapny has call on my mobile no at 9431426208 and said to me "SAID ME THE CANCEL CHEQUE " at the claim payment @appsdaily.in for returning the amount by cheque. I send the cancel cheque to the Apps Daily as per requriment at 23.09.2016. Insurence company call me on my mobile and said me " COLLECT THE DISCHARGE VOUCHER RETURN WITHOUT REPAIR" and Reapir the mobile in SAMSUNG CARE. (It has wonderfull)
Accordingly i go to the Samsung Care on 24.09.2016 with mobile handset and related document but tyhe SAMSUNG CARE REFUSED TO REPAIR MOBILE HANDSET.
I am harrashing from last TWO MONTH and asking to all concerning offices but not responce seriously.
Kindly take it Seriously within a fort night otherwise i shall be take Legal action against the Insurence company and the concering Authorised.
