Regarding not giving free service in wornaty period of mobile

I get lava mobile 7 month before with 1 year warranty periods. My mobile touch is not working properly so that I went to akola lava mobile service centre I communicate regarding mobile issue with worker but they not cooperate to customer and they tell me "it's your problem I don't do anything but if u want repairing your mobile so u have to pay 1500rs"
So were is very poor working employees interpersonal relationships as well as poor facilities and not cooperate and working behaviour is very wost ,not maintain discipline properly.
I would like to request to akola lava mobile service centre's manager to take sever action on it.
I think lava mobile service in India is very poor..
I spreads this information with my friends and relatives regarding poor lava mobile company.
