I had given my mobile handset for repair under warranty to COSMOS COMMUNICATION, where they had taken a Estimated delivery date of 14 days as per Job Sheet, but even after 21 days they are unable to resolve the issue and handover my mobile back to me
They are not even providing any Stand by equaliant mobile and even as told them to provide my handset back in the original position without any repair or change in parts, they are not doing so, as they will go as per their process and even after refusal by me, after due date passed they sent my mobile to the company for repair
Every day I am calling them but no proper response is given
Looking at the services I don't want to use this mobile and want my money back
