LYF Model F1S brand New piece defective 1 month no solution

purchased a brand new LYF Model: F1S 15/4/2017 since that day i have a disturbance in phone while talking in the ear piece / speaker.
i gave phone to service center they changed it in 3 days and gave new handset. SAME problem in the new changed handset also. so i went back and they kept my handset and till date they are not able to solve the problem.
Since the day i purchased mobile I didnt use it even 1 day. mobile is with LYF customer care only. daily i call them they stopped taking calls and no conclusion reached so far.
