LED of Samsung Galaxy A8 not available since last one month

i have a samsung galaxy A8, it was not working & i went to Samsung Service center at Sector 15 Gurgaon,they told me there is a crack in the LED display & needs to be changed, they didnot have it in stock, hence asked me to submit the phone & wait for 7-10 days,now i am getting a call that the part may take longer & they are ready to reimburse me some nominal value of my phone. the phone model galaxy A8 is very much in existence, it is not a very old phone, still they donot have the part available & are not even serious in providing proper services. please look into it as my phone contains valuable data of mine & i cannot let it just go.
