Issue with Amazon Coolpad Note 3 plus and no proper response from company

I had purchased a Coolpad note 3 plus from Amazon on 19th Sept, 2016 (Invoice copy attached).
On 4th April, 2017 the phone suddenly went dead. Neither it was starting up nor getting charged. I took the mobile to Authorized Service Centre at Vadodara (Dhara Enterprise) for check up as the phone is under warranty. At first they refused to take the phone and repair under warranty. They said that company have stopped providing services under warranty. However on my insistence to check what is the actual problem with phone, they took the phone & identified the problem that Charging pin is not working and it is not covered under warranty. I need to pay Rs. 2800/- to get the same repaired. They made a job sheet (attached) of the same however when I refused to pay the money (as the phone is under warranty) they returned the phone back to me.
Then I communicated with Coolpad customer care (over mail and facebook messanger). They asked me to again go to the service centre and share a copy of the job sheet with them over mail. When I again went to the Authorized service centre (Dhara Enterprise) they refused to take the phone for repair and said that until unless it is conveyed from the Coolpad company to them to take the phone and repair against warranty, they will not accept the phone.
The same day I received a message from Coolpad India on Facebook messanger stating that there is physical damage to Charging pin due to aggressive use. I don't understand how can a charging pin get physical damaged and moreover what they meant by aggressive use?
Since then I have been communicating & following up with Customer care of Coolpad over mail, however they are not responding properly. If required I can share all the email communications which I had with Coolpad Customer Care.
Request you to kindly help and sort out the issue.
