I have submitted my phone on 11-08-18 which was purchased on 07-07-18.Today after 1 week also i have got to know that the part is not received by service center in Borivali Service centre (Thakkar Mall).
I have mailed them multiple times even filled a consumer complaint still have not recieved an Estimated Time to get my device.
If the company is not able to repair it please prove a replace or refund of my device at the earliest.
