i had given my handset for repairing in moto g 2nd gen mobile 06 month back in Company's Service center but i was given back my handset after 3 months without repairing so i submitted the handset in company's jalgaon service center on 20 aug 2016 but till now my handset is not repair when i contact the service center i always get the answer "Part is not available in center", i am very frustrated so please take necessary action & Give me solution as soon as possible

I have purchased a Samsung Battery from ADNYA Mobile store shop.no.1,arora apt,gandhi Maharashtra,dombivli east,421204.
On 07/08/2016 I purchased a Samsung galaxy Battery for rs. 750. And he says this is original battery with 6 month warranty. When the problem persists I go there ask for replacement of battery he scratches battery and put in mobile. Same problem. Again I go there and ask for replacement he says go to Samsung gallery. I said when the battery is purchased from you you should replace the battery se says no I will not replace Battery go to Samsung gallery.
OK. When I go to gallery,after checking my device he says mobile is okay the battery is duplicate you go to the store and replace from there .
I want fight with that person which is taking more than price and giving duplicate product.
Please help.
