I bought a mobile phone HTC Desire 628 from snapdeal on 23rd December, 2016 and done an online payment through credit card. which was delivered on 27th December, 2016. On receiving the product i found that the product is of cheap quality. They had mentioned Qualcomm processor on their website and delivered me a Mediatek processor phone. I emailed them the issue on 30th December, 2016 stating that the phone does not contain Qualcomm processor as mentioned on your website so please either replace the product or refund me my money. To which they replied me that the product will be collected for quality check and then after the replacement or refund can happen. They collected the product from me, the courier person checked the mobile phone before collecting it from me. He told me that for further queries you have to contact snapdeal. On 12 January i received a mail from Snapdeal stating that HTC Desire 628 ( 32GB Cobat White ) does not meet our quality check guidelines. i also received a call from their executive stating that the mobile phone contains qualcomm processor and we are shipping it back to you. When i received the product the side slot was damaged, i again informed snapdeal help centre that the mobile phone side slot was broken. They told me that this might had happened during the quality check. I asked her the reason because of which the phone got damaged, the executive told me that how do i know, the engineer knows the reason. She informed me that a compensation of 200/- will be given at your free charge account and i have to go to near service centre and get it repair. A compensation of 200/- has been credited to my freecharge account. Sir the phone does not contain Qualcomm processor and they also damaged the product and send it to me. The phone is also in a easy refund or replacement policy but they are not replacing or refunding.Please check Attachment for the advertisement on website and phone specification. Also Please check the image of product received after quality check. There was a great harassment from this shopping site. I dont know from where they get this third quality product of Higher brand. Once the customer buy the product then they are least bother about the delivery of the product or customer facing problem with the product. Sir i request you to take immediate and severe action against this website. Still my issue is not resolve. Waiting for positive response from you.

Received a Call from Snapdeal executive on 02nd February, 2017 stating that have you registered complain on "Jago Grahak Jago" i replied yes, he told me that, they can not do anything in this issue.
Sir do we have Government Authorities taking care of this issue? What is the process please let me know.

I am not at all concerned about how and why your quality check executive had broken the product. I am concerned about the product that I had ordered. I had ordered HTC 628 Qualcomm Snapdragon Octac core processor cell phone and I am still waiting for it or refund. It is not at all my concern about getting the cell phone repaired, You people had damaged so you take care of it, collected it back and repair. And It is not the configuration that i had ordered. your quality check executive had damaged so you take care of it. And don't know why you people had credit 200 rupees in my freecharge account, please collect it back.
My issue is still not resolved
Checked with service centre people they told me even though its side slot is broken by the snapdeal quality check executive but we have to change the whole middle Bezel, because the side slot doesnt come alone, which will cost 2000/-, Snapdeal had not send me the product that they had mentioned on your website and in the name of quality check and refund they had damaged the cell phone,they had damaged the cell phone at the cost of 2000/- and in the name of compansation they had credited 200/- in free charge account. Making money by this mean will not help them.

They should also Pay compensation for wasting time, harassment and not following the rules made by them, on their website.The benifits made for customer like Snapdeal "Gold Benefits" had been added on their website, which is not followed by them.
