Dear sir,
I already discuss with both Team, Services Center, ASUS Team etc.. But no one gave any proper reply about my issue. They just asked me to collect my Handset from Asus authorized service Center. They did not want to understand my exact pain & unnecessary they called me to collect my handset which I don’t want.
As per my earlier email communication with AUSU both Team. & I said require only either my refund or replacement of same handset. And this is final from my end.
So accordingly please look into the matter on priority basis and give me some satisfaction or your Suggestion.
ASUS Said - if ASUS Unit / accessories not collected within 20days from this notification then warehouse charges Rs.300/- + GST per week will be applicable. Also if you do not collect the unit / accessories within 90days from this notification ASUS will not be liable for any loss or damage of the product.
