I ordered Redmi note 3 mobile from snapdeal but it's battery is not charging .so I request for exchanging it they pick up my Redmi note 3 but refuses to exchange it bcz they are saying that the data cable with phone is missing but I am sure that I given back the complete mobile accessories to the pick up boy he also checked it...help me
