I have purchased Yuphoria mobile ( Rs.7000 ) from Amazon on 28 May 2015. As there was Display touch screen not working issue So I contacted to YU care they told me to deposit handset to our local micromax centre , within 15 days you will get new handset as a replacement. I deposited handset.
Now almost 2 month is passed till I have not received replacement, whenever call they simply says wait for another 21 days. I am unnecessarily getting mentally, physically & financially harassment. Several times I requested them but they are not taking seriously & not sending my handset as per commitment of 15 days. Now YU care are saying work is in progress & wait , which is not accepted to me.
I am very disappointed & upset the way you are dealing, not satisfied
with your service.
