I, Sharad Jagtap, I am writing this application to inform you that last month on 20th February, i had booked an i Phone 5s order ID 100059386 from my office situated at paper box factory. The name of the vendor is Syberplace.com an Hyderabad based online firm. After placing the order i got a confirmation that my product would be delivered between 7 to 13 days. After waiting for few days due to non-delivery of product I enquired regarding the shipment of the product, they replied me over a twitter that it would be delivered in next 48 hrs. 9th of March was the maximum expected date. Since, then I have had shot numerous mails, but didn't get any reply, I tried contacting the customer care number mentioned on website but nobody answers the call and even on twitter. Lately I came across to a link. http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/syberplace-e-solutions-pvt-ltd-hyderabad-c442911.html , where I found out many peoples have been duped using same trick by the company, Neither they got their product nor their money refund. Numerous peoples have been cheated by this firm including their very own staff. Please check the above link provided, so you'll get the clear picture of it. Please help us to claim the refund of money. I have also informed Axis Bank regarding the fraud as I had used my Axis bank credit card. They have advised me to lodge a complaint regarding the same.
