Forged Sign on Mandate

They have done forged sign of customer on e-mandate, present ecs in bank which is totally fraud.we haven't sign any mandate.they are not agree for the same but i have all the proofs regarding the same.

I would insist you to please get clear with the entire scenario below as this is very serious and needs strict action against fraudulence.

I am currently using m-swipe POS machine since 2016. As a result of good transaction record, company offered me a loan of Rs.45,000 for duration of 180 Days (due date 5-Feb-2020) which I took in Aug 2019 paid by only means of card swipe transtions only. At tight financial times, I started getting calls to cover the loan amount as soon as possible in spite of the expiry date was still valid more than.. 3months. Even in between the swipe machine was not working due to some technical reasons, which have not recorded any transactions.


On 10-Dec-2019, 12-Dec-2019, 1-Jan-2020 and 28-Jan-2020 ECS was charged, almost 15 ECS per day are already charged to my bank account without any prior notification provided to me through any means of communication. After receiving first ECS on 10-Dec, an email was sent from me to the company asking why the ECS has been charged, but didn’t receive any kind of response for the same.The mandate which is not signed by me. Because if these ECS my lined-up EMIs are getting bounced. Based on the above scenario, a complaint was raised to the Head Branch resulting the same forge mandate was sent to me which had my forged signature on it. Also name .I tried contacting Help Desk and other contact individuals but didn’t receive any kind of response until today may be because the loan due date was 5-Feb-2020. Recently, even an executive visited my restaurant with few forms stating it to be feedback forms which were actually a blank Mandate and he requesting me for the signature, which I didn’t signed.



A police complaint is already raised against the Bank and your company, as I didn’t get any kind of response earlier, even this being a serious fraudulent case until today. Just to give a last try, I personally visited M-Swipe Head office on 4-Feb-2020 located in Lower Parel, Mafatlal compounds, Ground Floor. From there I was sent again to Centre Point office where I got wage, different senseless responses. Again I was asked to visit Astral Centre Chinchpokali office which was already closed, but one of the executive who was not aware of the things happened and requested time to investigate. I am also ensuring now that I will not be paying any of the ECS/ fines/ interests to the company unless this issue is solved.



Requesting you to please take some serious actions against this as there is a fraud done to your company’s customer. I am expecting you to get back to me as soon as possible or else unfortunately, there will be a strict legal action taken from my side.
Also in this lockdown period they are demanding for money , ignoring the complainant.
