Complaint for Laptop screen under warranty is not being repaired.

i. Mouse was not working.
ii. Line on screen.
iii. Screen touch was not working.
2. In that matter, I registered online complaint and I got a case ID, which was generated by hp system.
3. According to which, I have the privilege to visited by hp technician.
4.But due to miscommunication by hp personal , I got the phone number of wrong technician,who look after other area.
5. Later on they told me about non availability of technician within time period ( because I was leaving for Rajasthan on 15.08.2016) and told me to visit service center.
6. I went to service center and submitted my laptop on 13.08.2016.( it was under warranty till 14.08.2016).
7. After returning, I called to hp personal, which was mentioned in pink slip.
8. They told that the case has been forwarded to upper management and will inform me about the further progress via phone call.
9. Then after, I was regularly in contact with the hp coustmer care personal, but never told me the actual situation.
10. Finally, I called them on 10.09.2016 and they informed me that this case will not be covered under warranty.
11. Further on this issue, I told them to forward me mails related to my case,In which they discussed this matter with hp technical team.but till now,they have not send me any details related to matter.
So, As a consumer, I request you to intervene in this matter and do the needful.
