I Satyam Vasant Chalke currently staying on rent in 1501, Elitra A, Casa Bella Gold, Lodha Palava City, Kalyan Shil Road since 2017, permanent address : 23/180, M.I.G. Colony, Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon (w.) Mumbai, booked a flat in Versatile Valley (Pranshu Developers) at Katai Naka, Nilje Gaon, Dombivali (E) in 2013. Flat B 701 RERA number P51700003860. Agreement was done in 2015. Where developer mentioned the possession of flat in 2018, which is not fulfilled.
In September 2021 Mr. Ameesh, CEO of versatile valley (+917710067811), informed us that the flat is ready for fit in possession and we should pay the final payments. Upon checking the flat the work was not done and lift was not installed.
In December 2021 Mr. Tejas Bhate, one of the manager onsite (+919004748081) called that the lift has been installed and handed over to them. We should pay the final payments to complete the fittings inside the flat and make flat ready in on week. We paid the final amount and took possession on 15th December 2021. From the date of possession there is no work going on there as the flat is in the same condition. They did not even mention to us that there is no pipeline for water in the wing to connect water to the flat.
I am working in Nigeria and my father Mr. Vasant Chalke (+919920651573) 66 years old, repeatedly following up with Mr. Tejas and Mr. Amish, aslo going there every day, but no one is responding.
We have already give-up the rental flat and wanted to move in our flat by 25th December 2021, which looks difficult now.
