श्री डेव्हलपर्स तर्फे चालक वैभव कोगनोळे यांनी दिलेल्या जाहिरातीप्रमाणे भोर तालुक्यामधील गाव ताम्भाड येथील डेव्हलप केलेले प्लॉट रुपये २८५०० प्रती गुंठा प्रमाणे देण्याचे ठरले त्याप्रमाणे १६ गुंठे जागा घेण्याचे ठरले , परंतू कागद पत्राची पूर्तता नसल्याने सदरील बुकिग गाव मोहरी येथे दिले तेथे भाव रुपये ४२१५० प्रती गुंठा प्रमाणे देण्याचे ठरले . त्या प्रमाणे एकूण रु 268626.00 दिलेले असून आज ऑक्टोबर २०१५ पासून आजपर्यत जागा ताब्यात दिलेली नसून सदरील ऑफिस बंद केलेले आहे . व मला माझे पैसे घेउन जागा दिलेली नाही . अशी ग्राहक मंचाकडे माझी कायदेशीर तक्रार आहे
