I have to travel by train no.12904 (Golden Temple mail) with my family, total 13 person
SURAT TO MUMBAI CENTRAL
PNR NOS : 2730774244, 2150016577, 2450017404(status TDR entered for 2450017404)
Schedule departure time at Surat : 01.02 a.m. (night)
We have waited for the train up to 04.30 a.m. in the morning, as there was not any announcement regarding our train
They were announcing "due to technical fault between Dahanu Road and VANGAON station, down line trains will be late by 2.30 hours"
Not a single announcement regarding trains towards Mumbai central
We have waited for our train up to 04.30 a.m. because our connecting train was from CSMT station for MADGAON station, was departing from CSMT at 07.10 hours in the morning & we can board that train at least at Dadar station at 7.25 hours, if we leave from Surat at 4.00 am by train.
Our train (12904 : Golden Temple Mail) reach Surat at 7.10 a.m. in the morning & depart for Mumbai at 7.15 a.m., reached Mumbai Central at 13.22 in the afternoon, as per INDIARAININFO website report.
Due to insufficient sleep and fatigue of previous night, I filled TDR between 9.22 a.m. to 9.28 a.m. on date 9.11.2018
Unfortunately, today morning I checked TDR status was rejected (CR REPUDIATE)
In this situation, I was not able to cancel our onward journey from CSMT to MADGAON
PNR NOS : 8108718171,8608744989,8562444506 (8608744989,8562444506 are counter tickets)
Due to insufficient sleep and fatigue of previous night, I filled TDR for pnr 8108718171 at 9.22 a.m. on date 9.11.2018, but today it is showing same status, TDR status was rejected (CR REPUDIATE)
I tried to file TDR at counter, for pnr nos 8608744989,8562444506, because those tickets were bought from counter, but the booking clerk refuse and tell me there is no probability to file TDR
Ultimately, I lose a lot of money due to the train got delayed by 6 hours 13 minutes
Our whole group was waiting on the platform getting tired / fatigue, as there was not a single announcement regarding our train,
at least they should regularly update the actual situation, so that passengers can arrange other alternate on time to catch onward connected trains
Also, I have to cancel all my return journey tickets, listed below
