I am booked train tickets on 19/11/17 from Ahmedabad to kolhapur Transactions ID 100001056665250 for journey dt 17/12/17 amt Rs 2340/=message showing fail
Second transactions ID 100001056633412 Rs 2340/= above one transaction Payments is debit to my account but ticket is not generated Now transction is showing fail but refund is not received from irctc
I try to call him on toll-free no but line is showing busy and disconnect the same
