On 20 7 2020 from surat local person i enrolled for new broad band connection and paid payment if Rs.5500 through mobile and recieved reciept for registration.
But then within 1 week they have not provided me the service for the same,so i decided to cancel it.After inquired at surat adajan office they told me to go at their main office which is at piplod for cancellation. I gave application on date 31/7/2020 for refund my amount and their representative told me that in September month ( from 15 to 20), you will get refund and they will inform me about it telephonically to receive cheque of my paid amount from them.
But somehow i did not get any call from their side so i meet them again on 23 9 2020 about my amount personally at surat office ,Piplod .so, their representative told me to send one gmail at ahmedabad main office. After mail from my side i just get gmail of regret from their side that sorry for inconvenience..
