ON 18 OCT 2016 I HAVE SENT REQUEST FROM MY AIRTEL PHONE FOR PORTING MY MOBILE NO.AFTER FEW TIME I HAVE RECEIVED CALL FROM AIRTEL FOR WHY YOU PORTING NUMBER,I GIVEN DETAILS WHY I AM PORTING MY NUMBER.THEY GIVEN ME NEW REVISED OFFER WHERE THEY SAID YOUR AIRTEL TO AIRTEL CALL RATES WILL 10 PAISE/MIN AND OTHER 30 PAISE/MIN,AND FOR INTERNET USAGE FOR THIS MONTH YOU WILL GET 1 GB FREE AND NEXT AMOUNT FOR 1 GB WILL BE RS 148 FOR 6 MONTH.
I APPRECIATE THAT SAME DAY I HAVE GOT REDUCES CALL RATES AND WITHIN 2 DAYS I HAVE RECEIVED 1GB INTERNET DATA ALSO.
BUT WHEN I CLOSED TO FINISHED MY INTERNET DATA, I VISIT TO SHOP ON 8 NOV 2016 FOR INTERNET DATA THEY SAID NOT AVAILABLE SUCH 1 GB DATA AT RS 148 PLAN OR SCHEME.I IMMEDIATELY CALL CUSTOMER CARE FOR DETAILS,THEY SAID HERE NOT SHOWING SUCH DETAILS OF DATA PACK OF RS 148/1 GB AND NOT REQUEST ALSO BY 18 0CT.I ASK TO CHECK COMMUNICATION WHICH HAD BETWEEN ME AND THAT PERSON BY 18 OCT 2016.THEY SAID WILL CHECK AND CALL BACK YOU.TIL YESTERDAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL SO TODAY EVENING I CALLED AGAIN BUT SAME THING THEY SAYING.
I WANT JUSTICE FOR TRUE COMMUNICATION WHICH I HAD WITH AIRTEL PERSON BY 18 OCT 2016.I HAVE MESSAGE ALSO WHERE THEY SENT THAT YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN ACCEPT.PLEASE FIND SNAP.
