Firm has hiked monthly tariff for my ion50-30ul ion broadband connection from Rs 600.00 to Rs. 650.00 without any justification citing company policy. Service has deteriorated even further! Similar hike was affected 4 months back. Firm may be advised to justify it properly or revert the tariff. Connection is in the name of Aditya, my son.
