Dear Customer Care,
I have an Aircel mobile number 7278914794.
I had recharged Rs. 4/- for 25mb mobile data on Friday, 29th May, 2015. But you deducted Rs. 30/- from my main account balance, where as my net data balance was available.
Since Friday, 29th May, 2015 I had a telecommunication with the number 198, and trying to lodge a complain but you people are not able to answering due to your Server Network problem till today. Is it not a Funny answer to your customer. Daily your server is getting down when ever I am trying to talk with you.
Now one more, if your Server is getting down every time, then your company is paying to you without doing any job.
This to inform you that, please don't deduct any balance when we are not occupying any service. So, please arrange for returned back my deducted amount Rs. 30/- as soon as possible.
