The motor insurance company is not passing the full claim i.e. they are giving me only partial claim

I have the car of Mahindra XUV 700 AX7MT with Insurance policy from Future Generali, the car got accident on 27 April 2023 so for the purpose of repair i contact Shree Shyam Ji Mahindra Automative workshop on 29th April 2023. At the time of delivery of the car i filled the form for claim with exact story of accident in which i mentioned that car hit from two side which were front right side and right side but mahindra workshop advisor registered my claim on phone to insurance company and mention front right side only. They kept my car untouched in open area for 18 days i.e. from 29th April to 16May 2023 due to this reason the right side damaged got corroded dur to weather conditions. On 16 may, i visited workshop and asked everyone for reasons in delay of the start of repair because in meantime the advisor was telling me that they are working on my car but waiting for a material to get deliver, but upon my questioning they started working and when i asked for job list then i came to know that they don't have it because insurance surveyors gave instructions to them on phone call. They told me that they don't have job list for right side damaged. I request surveyors to get it done again but he is denied due to it get corroded now.
Why surveyors didn't consider whole damaged in first visit? For how many days i have to left my new car there ?
When i Complaints at insurance company then they asked me for another 5 wokring days l? Why are they not understanding my issue? How can i leftover my car for so many days?

Why surveyors didn't consider whole damaged in first visit? For how many days i have to left my new car there ?
When i Complaints at insurance company then they asked me for another 5 wokring days l? Why are they not understanding my issue? How can i leftover my car for so many days?
