Not settle claim and cancelled policy without proper intimation - TATA AIG General Insurance Ltd.

They do not even care to intimate about this issue over email or mobile number before cancelling the policy in between the tenure due to NCB mismatch and I come to know about this issue when I called to register claim, however they mailed me policy details when it was issued they already had my registered mobile number and email.
They justified that we have communicated with you and sent you a letter on your registered address and also issued refund check on your address.
We usually not available at home in weekdays so that never received any check or intimation which they send through post.
However we went to post office couple of time to collect letter without knowing that it was from Tata AIG because they had never acknowledged over email or messaged that your policy is going to cancel because they never wanted us to inform or intimate even after returned letter they never bothered to intimate again, Eventually when I called for intimate about claim next day I got the refund in my bank account.
We were relaxed that we have our car policy active, this is the kind of fraud which this company is doing worst customer service.
