On 26th march, 2017 I bought child plan policy of HDFC smpoorna nivesh from policybazaar value INR 2000 through my credit card the application no is 1200041806617. At the time of filling form policybazaar representative mentioned wrong communication address & after doing more than 15 days follow ups they have not changed the communication address, so on 15th April, 2017 I asked them to cancel the policy.Later on 27th April, 2017 I got mail from HDFC life that I will get refund amount of INR 2000 with in 5 to 7 working days. Yesterday on 8th May, 2017 when I called Policybazaar they are saying that HDFC life inform them that refund was made on 26th April, 2017 & asked me to provide credit card statement. After checking credit card statement I found that still payment is not made.
